From dealing with Andrea who got the ball rolling with phone calls, texts, paperwork, etc. to the crew that came to my house, they were all exceptional. We had 3 different plumbers come to see the damage before they came . Finally they showed up , recommended by the city They were well equipped with a camera and found the root of the problem . That was on a Thursday by Friday. they were here, dinging up the outside of my house. With my daughter‘s wedding weeks away, I was extremely anxious about this project, mostly it would not be completed , but Lori in the office informed me that they will take care of everything and they most certainly did!!!! The most professional workers. Their foreman Chris came several times to oversee the work, and at the end of the day the job was completed Thank god we still have reliable companies on SI. They were professional, responsive and incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. The entire company from the office staff to the owner Chris, to the workers that were at our house went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, taking time to explain the process, answer all of our questions and keep us informed every step of the way. They took all the worry away from us and handled everything from figuring out exactly what the issue was to getting permits to then coming here on one of the hottest days of the year and working the whole day to get the job completed. They also went to great lengths to help us with the insurance company which was a huge relief for us. It is not often you come across a company that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do. We are so grateful for their hard work and exceptional service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of waste line repairs.

Richmond Construction came to my rescue after 4 unsuccessful sewer pipe snake clearing events and a camera inspection that detected trench rot. In a single day they dug up part of my front yard. The sidewalk and most of the street and replaced a decayed and rotten waste line. In that same day they installed a new six inch diameter pipe, closed the street with a new sand and gravel mix, poured a new sidewalk and repaved the street. I am very impressed with how they worked in harmony and coordinated with other vendors to make it all happen in one single day. Thank you for a great job

They were super responsive and was able to come next day to complete the work! Sergio did great work leading the team. Work couldn’t have been done better and cleaned up nicely!
